Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. Jen was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! Her welcoming energy is the reason why I choose to shop small. Devaskation/Jen was a treasure and I am so glad I was able to support them during this pandemic. January 15, 2021I shop here often and highly recommend you do the same. The customer service is top notch. Recently, I ordered some bearings along with wheels and a skate tool. I was contacted by Dan who informed me that the bearings I had ordered were out of stock but he upgraded my order and even threw in some goodies for free. Very professional and very helpful. Honestly down right best online skate shop. The prices are really fair (like the best ive seen) and the shipping calculator is pretty honest. Add stuff to the cart the price goes up take stuff off the price goes down.

I've purchased 3 pairs of Jackson skates from Devaskation for myself and family, everyone has been super happy with them. The staff has always been super helpful in helping me select the right wheels for my usage, provided me with the tools to maintain my skates, and always throw in extra schwag.
