  • Great help from the people working here. They are primarily online but the store front has the basics of roller skates, inlines, and skateboards. What they don't have can be shipped from their warehouse. We got 2 pairs of skates that we love.

    Recently I ordered here nice slalom blades and I was mistaken with the size, but Devastation team changed it and sent me again the same blades of bigger size , everything was fast and reliable, good answers to all my questions, excellent service!   • Customer service is amazing! I placed my order and within the hour I received a call from customer service just to double check that my items were correct. I had made a mistake on my end and ordered a wrong item. They fixed it for me while I was on the phone. No sooner getting off the phone I got email confirmation that my package was shipped. Will definitely be shopping with them again for my skate needs!

  • I ordered bearings from these guys and they were out of stock. Dan just called me and upgraded me for free because of the mistake. They’re a great shop and most companies would have just cancelled my orders. These guys are great and I definitely have a new skate shop to recommend.

    THERE IS A SKATE SHORTAGE AND IT IS NO ONE'S FAULT! Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. Jen was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! Her welcoming energy is the reason why I choose to shop small. Devaskation/Jen was a treasure and I am so glad I was able to support them during this pandemic.
