I ordered bearings from these guys and they were out of stock. Dan just called me and upgraded me for free because of the mistake. They’re a great shop and most companies would have just cancelled my orders. These guys are great and I definitely have a new skate shop to recommend.

July 28, 2021This location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

Outstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻

December 25, 2022This shop was the only place that still had Luminous Quad Wheels in stock but for some reason the website wasn’t allowing me to purchase them. I emailed them about this and they let me know what color options they had in stock and let me pay by paypal invoice. I am so grateful to not only find these wheels but to also have an amazing customer service experience. Will definitely come back to shop again!

I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email. But it is great if you ask them to change something they will do it for you. I will never hesitate to order from this company again.

I contacted customer service and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to substitute some stuff with comparable products and had it shipped to me the next day. I will forever buy my skate stuff through devaskation because I know they actually care about their customers and are super knowledgeable about their products. 10/10 recommend this company.
