This shop was the only place that still had Luminous Quad Wheels in stock but for some reason the website wasn’t allowing me to purchase them. I emailed them about this and they let me know what color options they had in stock and let me pay by paypal invoice. I am so grateful to not only find these wheels but to also have an amazing customer service experience. Will definitely come back to shop again!

Julia RThis location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

I was contacted by Dan who informed me that the bearings I had ordered were out of stock but he upgraded my order and even threw in some goodies for free. Very professional and very helpful. Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. Jen was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! Her welcoming energy is the reason why I choose to shop small. Devaskation/Jen was a treasure and I am so glad I was able to support them during this pandemic. B. OmiataI highly recommend shopping here! I ordered my skates online, they were shipped next day, and got to me 3 days later! They got to Indiana from Arizona so quickly. I had a slight hiccup with FedEx's delivery services, but Devaskation's sales team emailed me back immediately, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. They have excellent customer service!!

I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻

So initially, I bought these skates, and scared myself with the sizing, so I ended up going with a size way too small. If I had put in some time, and read the sizing chart, everything would have been well, but alas…I’m dumb sometimes haha. So when the skates arrived, 3 sizes too small, I sent the skates back and contacted devastation. And a real person emailed me back, and gave me instructions for sending them back. I couldn’t figure out the return address and called them, and talked to the nicest guy. He helped me find the address, and we got my package shipped out. 2 days later did a size 10 pair showed up in my mail, and not going to lie. These skates are so so cool! I’m 200% satisfied with my purchase. I’ve always wanted to speed skate, and now I get to fulfil that dream. Thanks devaskation for being so helpful, and getting me a bigger size! You guys are awesome! So, in short. Skates are amazing, ride like a dream. They are crazy fast. Customer service is so amazing, wish there was more stars I could give. Thanks for reading! Perfect for using their sizing guide on the website, wouldn’t call it an issue but was advised the added bearings wouldn’t be able to be put in. Ended up with 2 sets which isn’t an issue what so ever, been skating off an on for the last 20 ish years and can’t wait to get them all broken in and then use and abuse them
