I very rarely leave reviews for businesses, but I really was impressed by the level of customer service I received. I wanted to make some modifications to an online order I made over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone. Jen, the rep I spoke to, was super sweet and immensely helpful! She went above and beyond making sure I had exactly what I needed. Now all there is to do is wait for my order!

This company did a great job imo. My order was here fast, everything i was expecting, and free shipping too! Not to mention, their website is the only place i found that was helpful in selecting bearings for my skates. Excellent job!

I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻

I had an issue with my order and it being backordered and whatever. I contacted customer service and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to substitute some stuff with comparable products and had it shipped to me the next day. I will forever buy my skate stuff through devaskation because I know they actually care about their customers and are super knowledgeable about their products. 10/10 recommend this company.

December 15, 2022I highly recommend shopping here! I ordered my skates online, they were shipped next day, and got to me 3 days later! They got to Indiana from Arizona so quickly. I had a slight hiccup with FedEx's delivery services, but Devaskation's sales team emailed me back immediately, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. They have excellent customer service!!
