This location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.

Matt HollenOutstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻
KING SCRUBI ordered bearings from these guys and they were out of stock. Dan just called me and upgraded me for free because of the mistake. They’re a great shop and most companies would have just cancelled my orders. These guys are great and I definitely have a new skate shop to recommend.

Old GoldRecently I ordered here nice slalom blades and I was mistaken with the size, but Devastation team changed it and sent me again the same blades of bigger size , everything was fast and reliable, good answers to all my questions, excellent service!
