FR Spin Inline Skates

I don't even know where to start so here it goes❣ Ok So my son bought me a pair of skates from another skate shop. When I received them, they were so big, and I had no control. I went off their size recommendations, but it was wrong. So I searched and searched and finally found devaskation. They were terrific from beginning to end. We communicated through email, and they were able to get me in the skates I needed in the right size. On top of just being fantastic, they built me the skates correctly to accommodate my disability needs. Side note, I'm disabled and have an autoimmune disease, which causes 24/7 pain/numbing feeling throughout my whole body and uses a cane for assistance. I've been rolling around my house for a few weeks now and noticed the difference from devastation built skates. I can stop so much easier and no pain. I've gain muscle mass back, and my energy has gone up. I owe this to Jen, Scott, Dan & the rest of the team at Devaskation. They were so patient and accommodating. When in doubt, just come here for all your skating needs. They will hook you up. And shipping was lightning fast & great prices. The best experience I've had. Thanks again for everything, you guys. I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email. But it is great if you ask them to change something they will do it for you. I will never hesitate to order from this company again.

Amazing prices and super fast delivery

I'm super new to skating so I ordered some new wheels from here. Jen was so nice to call to let me know the wheels may take a few extra days to come in, and even offered another option for me in case I didn't want to wait. Really appreciate customer service like this thank you

I very rarely leave reviews for businesses, but I really was impressed by the level of customer service I received. I wanted to make some modifications to an online order I made over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone. Jen, the rep I spoke to, was super sweet and immensely helpful! She went above and beyond making sure I had exactly what I needed. Now all there is to do is wait for my order!

I highly recommend shopping here! I ordered my skates online, they were shipped next day, and got to me 3 days later! They got to Indiana from Arizona so quickly. I had a slight hiccup with FedEx's delivery services, but Devaskation's sales team emailed me back immediately, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. They have excellent customer service!!

I ordered bearings from these guys and they were out of stock. Dan just called me and upgraded me for free because of the mistake. They’re a great shop and most companies would have just cancelled my orders. These guys are great and I definitely have a new skate shop to recommend.
