I ordered a pair of tough to find skates and when FedEx lost my package for a few days, the guys at Devaskation called and offered to send me their own pair of the same exact skates they had set aside for themselves! Cool!

July 27, 2018This shop was the only place that still had Luminous Quad Wheels in stock but for some reason the website wasn’t allowing me to purchase them. I emailed them about this and they let me know what color options they had in stock and let me pay by paypal invoice. I am so grateful to not only find these wheels but to also have an amazing customer service experience. Will definitely come back to shop again!

I usually don’t go out of my way to log into google and write a review but they really do have great customer service. When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.

August 24, 2023I highly recommend shopping here! I ordered my skates online, they were shipped next day, and got to me 3 days later! They got to Indiana from Arizona so quickly. I had a slight hiccup with FedEx's delivery services, but Devaskation's sales team emailed me back immediately, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. They have excellent customer service!!
