I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email. But it is great if you ask them to change something they will do it for you. I will never hesitate to order from this company again.

Recently I ordered here nice slalom blades and I was mistaken with the size, but Devastation team changed it and sent me again the same blades of bigger size , everything was fast and reliable, good answers to all my questions, excellent service! I’m so glad I’ve found this shop, now I’m happy blader!

This location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

I don't even know where to start so here it goes❣ Ok So my son bought me a pair of skates from another skate shop. When I received them, they were so big, and I had no control. I went off their size recommendations, but it was wrong. So I searched and searched and finally found devaskation. They were terrific from beginning to end. We communicated through email, and they were able to get me in the skates I needed in the right size. On top of just being fantastic, they built me the skates correctly to accommodate my disability needs. Side note, I'm disabled and have an autoimmune disease, which causes 24/7 pain/numbing feeling throughout my whole body and uses a cane for assistance. I've been rolling around my house for a few weeks now and noticed the difference from devastation built skates. I can stop so much easier and no pain. I've gain muscle mass back, and my energy has gone up. I owe this to Jen, Scott, Dan & the rest of the team at Devaskation. They were so patient and accommodating. When in doubt, just come here for all your skating needs. They will hook you up. And shipping was lightning fast & great prices. The best experience I've had. Thanks again for everything, you guys. I shop here often and highly recommend you do the same. The customer service is top notch. Recently, I ordered some bearings along with wheels and a skate tool. I was contacted by Dan who informed me that the bearings I had ordered were out of stock but he upgraded my order and even threw in some goodies for free. Very professional and very helpful. I feel very lucky that Devaskation is my local skate shop. Having been in to the shop multiple times in the last year and I always come out with exactly what I was looking for. I've purchased 3 pairs of Jackson skates from Devaskation for myself and family, everyone has been super happy with them. The staff has always been super helpful in helping me select the right wheels for my usage, provided me with the tools to maintain my skates, and always throw in extra schwag. Got my helmet and safety gear. Super helpful with sizing and all questions for roller skaters, skate boarders basically anyone who skates in one way or another.

I had an issue with my order and it being backordered and whatever. I contacted customer service and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to substitute some stuff with comparable products and had it shipped to me the next day. I will forever buy my skate stuff through devaskation because I know they actually care about their customers and are super knowledgeable about their products. 10/10 recommend this company.
