I ordered a pair of tough to find skates and when FedEx lost my package for a few days, the guys at Devaskation called and offered to send me their own pair of the same exact skates they had set aside for themselves! Cool!

I shop here often and highly recommend you do the same. The customer service is top notch. Recently, I ordered some bearings along with wheels and a skate tool. I was contacted by Dan who informed me that the bearings I had ordered were out of stock but he upgraded my order and even threw in some goodies for free. Very professional and very helpful. Honestly down right best online skate shop. The prices are really fair (like the best ive seen) and the shipping calculator is pretty honest. Add stuff to the cart the price goes up take stuff off the price goes down.

I wanted to make some modifications to an online order I made over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone. Jen, the rep I spoke to, was super sweet and immensely helpful! She went above and beyond making sure I had exactly what I needed. Now all there is to do is wait for my order!

Recently I ordered here nice slalom blades and I was mistaken with the size, but Devastation team changed it and sent me again the same blades of bigger size , everything was fast and reliable, good answers to all my questions, excellent service! January 15, 2022This shop was the only place that still had Luminous Quad Wheels in stock but for some reason the website wasn’t allowing me to purchase them. I emailed them about this and they let me know what color options they had in stock and let me pay by paypal invoice. I am so grateful to not only find these wheels but to also have an amazing customer service experience. Will definitely come back to shop again!

January 15, 2022Outstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻
