Outstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! December 25, 2022Great help from the people working here. They are primarily online but the store front has the basics of roller skates, inlines, and skateboards. What they don't have can be shipped from their warehouse. We got 2 pairs of skates that we love.

Recently I ordered here nice slalom blades and I was mistaken with the size, but Devastation team changed it and sent me again the same blades of bigger size , everything was fast and reliable, good answers to all my questions, excellent service! I’m so glad I’ve found this shop, now I’m happy blader!

This company did a great job imo. My order was here fast, everything i was expecting, and free shipping too! Not to mention, their website is the only place i found that was helpful in selecting bearings for my skates. Excellent job!

November 24, 2022This shop was the only place that still had Luminous Quad Wheels in stock but for some reason the website wasn’t allowing me to purchase them. I emailed them about this and they let me know what color options they had in stock and let me pay by paypal invoice. I am so grateful to not only find these wheels but to also have an amazing customer service experience. Will definitely come back to shop again!
