I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email. But it is great if you ask them to change something they will do it for you. I will never hesitate to order from this company again.

When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.

I contacted customer service and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to substitute some stuff with comparable products and had it shipped to me the next day. I will forever buy my skate stuff through devaskation because I know they actually care about their customers and are super knowledgeable about their products. 10/10 recommend this company.

I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻
KING SCRUBRecently I ordered here nice slalom blades and I was mistaken with the size, but Devastation team changed it and sent me again the same blades of bigger size , everything was fast and reliable, good answers to all my questions, excellent service! Teresa MamaTI highly recommend shopping here! I ordered my skates online, they were shipped next day, and got to me 3 days later! They got to Indiana from Arizona so quickly. I had a slight hiccup with FedEx's delivery services, but Devaskation's sales team emailed me back immediately, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. They have excellent customer service!!

KING SCRUBI ordered a pair of tough to find skates and when FedEx lost my package for a few days, the guys at Devaskation called and offered to send me their own pair of the same exact skates they had set aside for themselves! Cool!
Timothy LilesHonestly down right best online skate shop. The prices are really fair (like the best ive seen) and the shipping calculator is pretty honest. Add stuff to the cart the price goes up take stuff off the price goes down.
