Description

The Sonar Zen wheel by Radar is an inexpensive wheel used mostly for skating outdoors or jam skating. This is a relatively soft wheel that smooths out bumps on asphalt, sidewalks, or concrete. All Radar Zen wheels are available in 8 colors and you can mix/match colors if you like. Zen wheels are sized at 62mm x 32mm (kind of small) with 85A hardness (pretty soft to absorb outdoor conditions). You can use these wheels as an inexpensive add-on to your rink, jam, or dance skates if you feel like a little outdoor skating. You can use these wheels inside, but they might feel a little soft and slow.

The hardness on the Zen wheel is 85A, so it’s just hard enough to handle the rough outdoor terrain and soft enough to “give” when skating over curbs, bumps, or cracks in the road. These wheels are comparable to the Atom Pulse outdoor wheels, though the pulse wheels are a bit more “heavy duty”. Sold in 4 packs.

  • I usually don’t go out of my way to log into google and write a review but they really do have great customer service. When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.

    I feel very lucky that Devaskation is my local skate shop. Having been in to the shop multiple times in the last year and I always come out with exactly what I was looking for. I've purchased 3 pairs of Jackson skates from Devaskation for myself and family, everyone has been super happy with them.     Great help from the people working here. They are primarily online but the store front has the basics of roller skates, inlines, and skateboards. What they don't have can be shipped from their warehouse. We got 2 pairs of skates that we love.
