Description

The New Alpha 110 Skate from RD Elite is truly an amazing skate at an equally amazing price! These skates are perfect for beginners or veterans of speed skating who require more ankle support than most low top boots provide. Commuter and fitness skaters will also find this skate to be exactly what they have been looking for. The light and rigid outer shell provides speed and stability and features micro-adjustable ratchet straps. The woven padded liner creates a perfectly comfortable fit. These skates are built using an aluminum 7000 series frame and poured urethane 110mm 78A Momentum wheels that are Made in the USA. The Bevo Silver-5 Race Rated Bearings, are smooth, fast, and long lasting. The Alpha 110 skate is a perfect combination of competition and fun.

I wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service as one of your representative reached out to me regarding stock of an item in addition to advising me which wheels would be best for a beginner. I had to let you know that I truly appreciate your business and I will be your forever customer! Also, I was compelled to make a purchase because your information page is so detailed and encouraging! What site takes the time to compile so much info along with adding YouTube videos that is so transparent to a newbie such as myself. You have broken down everything in such great detail. I ordered bearings from these guys and they were out of stock. Dan just called me and upgraded me for free because of the mistake. They’re a great shop and most companies would have just cancelled my orders. These guys are great and I definitely have a new skate shop to recommend.

This location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

THERE IS A SKATE SHORTAGE AND IT IS NO ONE'S FAULT! Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. Jen was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! Her welcoming energy is the reason why I choose to shop small. Devaskation/Jen was a treasure and I am so glad I was able to support them during this pandemic. Thanks Jen, my new skates will be worn with a smile 😁🌹

Customer service is amazing! I placed my order and within the hour I received a call from customer service just to double check that my items were correct. I had made a mistake on my end and ordered a wrong item. They fixed it for me while I was on the phone. No sooner getting off the phone I got email confirmation that my package was shipped. Will definitely be shopping with them again for my skate needs!
