Once you have received approval for your return, you can use this to purchase return postage.

Just choose what item you are returning and checkout with the ground shipping option! (If you choose flat rate shipping at checkout, the amount will be incorrect and we will contact you for the rest of the amount needed to send you the appropriate return labels)

Once you place your order for return shipping, you will receive an email with your shipping label within one business day. If for any reason, you do not receive your label in that timeframe, please just shoot us an email and we’ll resend it.

  • This location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

    I'm super new to skating so I ordered some new wheels from here. Jen was so nice to call to let me know the wheels may take a few extra days to come in, and even offered another option for me in case I didn't want to wait. Really appreciate customer service like this thank you

    Dope shopping experience! New-ish to quad skating... I was able to watch the entire package install and check out the warehouse. Costumer service was spot on and genuine and authentic.

  • I ordered bearings from these guys and they were out of stock. Dan just called me and upgraded me for free because of the mistake. They’re a great shop and most companies would have just cancelled my orders. These guys are great and I definitely have a new skate shop to recommend.

  • Outstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻

    I feel very lucky that Devaskation is my local skate shop. Having been in to the shop multiple times in the last year and I always come out with exactly what I was looking for. I've purchased 3 pairs of Jackson skates from Devaskation for myself and family, everyone has been super happy with them. The staff has always been super helpful in helping me select the right wheels for my usage, provided me with the tools to maintain my skates, and always throw in extra schwag. Great selection of wheels, bearings, and stoppers. Check them out online or call the store to get what you're looking for. Highly recommended 👍

  • Great help from the people working here. They are primarily online but the store front has the basics of roller skates, inlines, and skateboards. What they don't have can be shipped from their warehouse. We got 2 pairs of skates that we love.
