Description
The Riedell 595 boot is one of the most iconic and popular boots for quad skating in rinks. This boot has been around for decades and features full-grain leather uppers and a comfortable Chinook leather interior. The moisture-resistant heat moldable counters in the arches and outside quarter of the right boot provide reinforcement, support and protection. The ankle snug tie keeps your heel from slipping in lieu of the traditional power strap to focus the fit in the ankle rather than the top of the foot and alleviate pressure points. The Model 595 has a lace-to-toe design and is built on our standard medium Alpha last, which some may find a bit too wide if they have a narrow profile foot.
Select your skate plate to be installed. Nylon plates are typically much lighter than the aluminum plates, but if you’re looking for durability and strength the aluminum plates are awesome. Nylon plates tend to work better for lighter, smaller skaters. Larger and powerful skaters will prefer an aluminum plate (generally).
You can choose which plate you would like to install on the 595 boot. Currently, we offer:
- Powerdyne Arius Platinum Aluminum
- Powerdyne Reactor Fuse Nylon
- Powerdyne Reactor Neo Aluminum
- Powerdyne Reactor Pro Series Aluminum
- Powerdyne Thrust Nylon
You can choose from a wide selection of wheels and bearings. There is no wrong answer, but do your research on the wheels you select or contact us for recommendations. We are quick to respond via email and/or text.
