The staff has always been super helpful in helping me select the right wheels for my usage, provided me with the tools to maintain my skates, and always throw in extra schwag.   • I ordered a pair of tough to find skates and when FedEx lost my package for a few days, the guys at Devaskation called and offered to send me their own pair of the same exact skates they had set aside for themselves! Cool!

    Customer service is amazing! I placed my order and within the hour I received a call from customer service just to double check that my items were correct. I had made a mistake on my end and ordered a wrong item. They fixed it for me while I was on the phone. No sooner getting off the phone I got email confirmation that my package was shipped. Will definitely be shopping with them again for my skate needs!

  • I very rarely leave reviews for businesses, but I really was impressed by the level of customer service I received. I wanted to make some modifications to an online order I made over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone. Jen, the rep I spoke to, was super sweet and immensely helpful! She went above and beyond making sure I had exactly what I needed. Now all there is to do is wait for my order!

    Honestly down right best online skate shop. The prices are really fair (like the best ive seen) and the shipping calculator is pretty honest. Add stuff to the cart the price goes up take stuff off the price goes down.

    I ordered bearings from these guys and they were out of stock. Dan just called me and upgraded me for free because of the mistake. They’re a great shop and most companies would have just cancelled my orders. These guys are great and I definitely have a new skate shop to recommend.
