I ordered a pair of tough to find skates and when FedEx lost my package for a few days, the guys at Devaskation called and offered to send me their own pair of the same exact skates they had set aside for themselves! Cool!

This company did a great job imo. My order was here fast, everything i was expecting, and free shipping too! Not to mention, their website is the only place i found that was helpful in selecting bearings for my skates. Excellent job!

I usually don’t go out of my way to log into google and write a review but they really do have great customer service. When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.

Recently I ordered here nice slalom blades and I was mistaken with the size, but Devastation team changed it and sent me again the same blades of bigger size , everything was fast and reliable, good answers to all my questions, excellent service! I feel very lucky that Devaskation is my local skate shop. Having been in to the shop multiple times in the last year and I always come out with exactly what I was looking for. Got my helmet and safety gear. Super helpful with sizing and all questions for roller skaters, skate boarders basically anyone who skates in one way or another.

I had an issue with my order and it being backordered and whatever. I contacted customer service and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to substitute some stuff with comparable products and had it shipped to me the next day. I will forever buy my skate stuff through devaskation because I know they actually care about their customers and are super knowledgeable about their products. 10/10 recommend this company.
