December 15, 2022THERE IS A SKATE SHORTAGE AND IT IS NO ONE'S FAULT! Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. Jen was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! Her welcoming energy is the reason why I choose to shop small. Devaskation/Jen was a treasure and I am so glad I was able to support them during this pandemic. Thanks Jen, my new skates will be worn with a smile 😁🌹

This location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

January 15, 2020Recently I ordered here nice slalom blades and I was mistaken with the size, but Devastation team changed it and sent me again the same blades of bigger size , everything was fast and reliable, good answers to all my questions, excellent service! I’m so glad I’ve found this shop, now I’m happy blader!

I usually don’t go out of my way to log into google and write a review but they really do have great customer service. When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.

August 24, 2023Great help from the people working here. They are primarily online but the store front has the basics of roller skates, inlines, and skateboards. What they don't have can be shipped from their warehouse. We got 2 pairs of skates that we love.

November 24, 2022I ordered a pair of tough to find skates and when FedEx lost my package for a few days, the guys at Devaskation called and offered to send me their own pair of the same exact skates they had set aside for themselves! Cool!
