Thunder Polished Hollow Lights II Skateboard Truck

I ordered Impala Marawa skates for myself last Christmas. These skates are so durable! But let me say that Deveskation has earned me as a customer for life. The skates were in within a week, I have had no issues with them at all.

THERE IS A SKATE SHORTAGE AND IT IS NO ONE'S FAULT! Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. Jen was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! Her welcoming energy is the reason why I choose to shop small. Devaskation/Jen was a treasure and I am so glad I was able to support them during this pandemic. Got my helmet and safety gear. Super helpful with sizing and all questions for roller skaters, skate boarders basically anyone who skates in one way or another.

Customer service is amazing! I placed my order and within the hour I received a call from customer service just to double check that my items were correct. I had made a mistake on my end and ordered a wrong item. They fixed it for me while I was on the phone. No sooner getting off the phone I got email confirmation that my package was shipped. Will definitely be shopping with them again for my skate needs!

This location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

This shop was the only place that still had Luminous Quad Wheels in stock but for some reason the website wasn’t allowing me to purchase them. I emailed them about this and they let me know what color options they had in stock and let me pay by paypal invoice. I am so grateful to not only find these wheels but to also have an amazing customer service experience. Will definitely come back to shop again!
