    I ordered Impala Marawa skates for myself last Christmas. These skates are so durable! But let me say that Deveskation has earned me as a customer for life. The skates were in within a week, I have had no issues with them at all.

  • I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email.   • THERE IS A SKATE SHORTAGE AND IT IS NO ONE'S FAULT! Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. Jen was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! Her welcoming energy is the reason why I choose to shop small. Devaskation/Jen was a treasure and I am so glad I was able to support them during this pandemic.     Outstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻

    I usually don’t go out of my way to log into google and write a review but they really do have great customer service. When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.
