Great help from the people working here. They are primarily online but the store front has the basics of roller skates, inlines, and skateboards. What they don't have can be shipped from their warehouse. We got 2 pairs of skates that we love.

Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. I wanted to make some modifications to an online order I made over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone. These pads have been great for starting derby, They have endured a lot of hits and falling. I have worn them for 6months and they are just staring to wear out. The pieces that hold the cap to the pad are starting to come loose, but for good reason- I have done a lot of falling and sliding (derby newb)… I will be buying these again.
