**Free shipping is only valid in the continental USA. Free shipping on in stock items will take about 7-14 business days to be delivered. If the item you ordered is a special order product, it will take about the same amount of time to be delivered from when it ships.
We have many shipping methods/speeds and ship from all over the country. Most of our warehouses use FedEx and USPS. It is possible that your item(s) will be delivered by UPS when ordering Moxi, Riedell, and Seba. We have listed the most general information below for the continental US. Any shipments to outside the continental US including APOs, will take longer. FedEx requires us to give them packages before a certain time each day and that can affect if your package is available to be sent out the same day or the next day. If for any reason, you are needing your order by a specific date, please contact us by email ahead of time so we can advise you of the best shipping method option.
** If your purchase total is over $150 we will require a signature for your package drop off. This is to ensure your package arrives to you as intended, in hopes of preventing someone from snagging your awesome new gear while it sits upon your doorstep **
- Free Shipping – This will usually take 7-14 business days
- Flat Rate Shipping – This will usually take 5-10 business days
- FedEx Ground Shipping – This will usually take 2-6 business days
- FedEx Express Saver – This will usually take 3-4 business days
- FedEx 2 Day – This will usually take 2-3 business days
- FedEx Overnight – This will usually take 1-2 business days
Express Shipping Options
Many of our customers need their product quickly and we do our best to accommodate these customers with our express shipping options from FedEx. It is important for customers to understand that we are NOT FedEx or USPS and we don’t make the rules when it comes to delivery times and delivery days. The best we can do is get your order out in a timely manner so that FedEx or USPS can deliver the package as soon as possible.
Here are some things to remember about Express Shipping:
Fed-Ex EXPRESS 3-day Air Saver, 2-Day Air, and OVERNIGHT do NOT deliver on weekends. If you choose overnight shipping, you can request weekend delivery, but there is an additional $15 charge (from Fed-Ex, not us) to get your package delivered on a weekend. If this is something you would like to do, you’ll need to contact us before 9am on Friday morning so we can see if it is available to your address. USPS ships Priority Mail 2-3 days, but this is not guaranteed delivery.
FedEx and USPS Pick-Up Times
Remember that USPS and FedEx have deadlines for express shipments to go out. If you order your product after 9 a.m. Mountain Time and you need it to go overnight, 2-day air, or 3 day express, it will most likely go out the NEXT business day.
For example: If you order at 3 p.m. Mountain Time on a Tuesday and you need your package to arrive on Friday you will need to order 2 Day Air. The package will leave on Wednesday and then take 2 days from Wednesday to arrive on Friday.

We ship orders worldwide Monday-Friday using FedEx or USPS. Occasionally, we will ship your order directly from a manufacturer that may use UPS. We do our very best to inform our customers as soon as possible if a product is not in stock. Extra fees will be charged to any shipment outside of the continental USA, and our website may not reflect the correct price for shipping on checkout! $4 Flat Rate Shipping charges and Free Shipping on orders over $100 are only applicable to the contiguous United States. If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, the US territories, or outside of the United States, you are not eligible for the flat rate shipping option. If you ship outside of the US, you are responsible for any DUTY fees that might be charged in your country.
We do accept returns for store credit or refund. We do have a strict policy for return time. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery of your product. We document the delivery of all orders on your account and will not accept returns after 5 full business days. You are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance to get the product back to us should you want a return for any reason that is not our fault. Very rarely are any of our products returned. However, should you return the product to us you must contact us by e-mail AND phone. Do not simply rely on e-mail as the spam filters sometimes catch e-mails and is occasionally unreliable.
In order to return skates or skating products please follow these guidelines:
Return and/or Refund:
- Product must be in new, unused condition.
- You must contact us within 5 business days for return.
- You must ship the product back to us and provide a tracking number to us for proof of return.
- There will be a restocking fee of up to 20% on some items if it is not an exchange.
Once you receive approval to return or exchange your item, please feel free use the links below to pay for a return label.
- For skates and large items. This will save you a lot of money returning them, just go to the page, choose skates, and then check out. This way you get our FedEx rates instead of the retail rates (it’s about half price)! Then we will email you a shipping label and you can just drop them off at FedEx!
- For wheels and small items. This will save you a lot of money returning them, just go to the page, choose the item you’re returning, and then check out. This way you get our USPS rates instead of the retail rates! Then we will email you a shipping label and you can just drop them in the mail!
If we made a mistake on the shipment, we will pay for the return shipping to us and send out the correct product ASAP. Please contact us to initiate this type of return.
Replacement / Warranty:
Each case is different and often the manufacturer handles the replacement or warranty on the product. Please contact us for information on replacement and warranty issues and we will help you directly or get you in touch with the appropriate person at the manufacturer.
