I very rarely leave reviews for businesses, but I really was impressed by the level of customer service I received. I wanted to make some modifications to an online order I made over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone. Jen, the rep I spoke to, was super sweet and immensely helpful! She went above and beyond making sure I had exactly what I needed. Now all there is to do is wait for my order!
Old GoldI ordered bearings from these guys and they were out of stock. Dan just called me and upgraded me for free because of the mistake. They’re a great shop and most companies would have just cancelled my orders. These guys are great and I definitely have a new skate shop to recommend.

I had a slight hiccup with FedEx's delivery services, but Devaskation's sales team emailed me back immediately, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. They have excellent customer service!!
