I shop here often and highly recommend you do the same. The customer service is top notch. Recently, I ordered some bearings along with wheels and a skate tool. I was contacted by Dan who informed me that the bearings I had ordered were out of stock but he upgraded my order and even threw in some goodies for free. Very professional and very helpful. August 21, 2021This location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

I wanted to make some modifications to an online order I made over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone. Jen, the rep I spoke to, was super sweet and immensely helpful! She went above and beyond making sure I had exactly what I needed. Now all there is to do is wait for my order!

This shop was the only place that still had Luminous Quad Wheels in stock but for some reason the website wasn’t allowing me to purchase them. I emailed them about this and they let me know what color options they had in stock and let me pay by paypal invoice. I am so grateful to not only find these wheels but to also have an amazing customer service experience. Will definitely come back to shop again!

January 15, 2021I ordered Impala Marawa skates for myself last Christmas. These skates are so durable! But let me say that Deveskation has earned me as a customer for life. The skates were in within a week, I have had no issues with them at all.

I ordered bearings from these guys and they were out of stock. Dan just called me and upgraded me for free because of the mistake. They’re a great shop and most companies would have just cancelled my orders. These guys are great and I definitely have a new skate shop to recommend.

I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email. But it is great if you ask them to change something they will do it for you. I will never hesitate to order from this company again.
