  • I very rarely leave reviews for businesses, but I really was impressed by the level of customer service I received. I wanted to make some modifications to an online order I made over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone. Jen, the rep I spoke to, was super sweet and immensely helpful! She went above and beyond making sure I had exactly what I needed. Now all there is to do is wait for my order!

    Devaskation is a great place to shop for all of your skating needs!!! Highly recommended, really great friendly service!!! You get quick response from staff!! I wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service as one of your representative reached out to me regarding stock of an item in addition to advising me which wheels would be best for a beginner. I had to let you know that I truly appreciate your business and I will be your forever customer! Also, I was compelled to make a purchase because your information page is so detailed and encouraging! What site takes the time to compile so much info along with adding YouTube videos that is so transparent to a newbie such as myself. You have broken down everything in such great detail. Who can pass up doing business with you!! NOT ME!!! LOL Again, thank you so much for being such a terrific business as it encourages me and I'm sure many others to roller skate! Thank you!

  • Honestly down right best online skate shop. The prices are really fair (like the best ive seen) and the shipping calculator is pretty honest. Add stuff to the cart the price goes up take stuff off the price goes down.

    Great help from the people working here. They are primarily online but the store front has the basics of roller skates, inlines, and skateboards. What they don't have can be shipped from their warehouse. We got 2 pairs of skates that we love.

  • This location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

    I Love this shop!! The shop owner helped me pick out skates for my granddaughter's birthday gift. I ended up buying skates for myself. 😉 I totally recommend this skate shop to everyone. (cake by my coworker #Corrina) ~Mamatpp

  • Got my helmet and safety gear. Super helpful with sizing and all questions for roller skaters, skate boarders basically anyone who skates in one way or another.

  • I ordered a pair of tough to find skates and when FedEx lost my package for a few days, the guys at Devaskation called and offered to send me their own pair of the same exact skates they had set aside for themselves! Cool!

    I had an issue with my order and it being backordered and whatever. I contacted customer service and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to substitute some stuff with comparable products and had it shipped to me the next day. I will forever buy my skate stuff through devaskation because I know they actually care about their customers and are super knowledgeable about their products. 10/10 recommend this company.
