I very rarely leave reviews for businesses, but I really was impressed by the level of customer service I received. I wanted to make some modifications to an online order I made over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone. This shop was the only place that still had Luminous Quad Wheels in stock but for some reason the website wasn’t allowing me to purchase them. I emailed them about this and they let me know what color options they had in stock and let me pay by paypal invoice. I am so grateful to not only find these wheels but to also have an amazing customer service experience. Will definitely come back to shop again!

Customer service is amazing! I placed my order and within the hour I received a call from customer service just to double check that my items were correct. I had made a mistake on my end and ordered a wrong item. They fixed it for me while I was on the phone. No sooner getting off the phone I got email confirmation that my package was shipped.
