This location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

I was contacted by Dan who informed me that the bearings I had ordered were out of stock but he upgraded my order and even threw in some goodies for free. Very professional and very helpful. I've purchased 3 pairs of Jackson skates from Devaskation for myself and family, everyone has been super happy with them. The staff has always been super helpful in helping me select the right wheels for my usage, provided me with the tools to maintain my skates, and always throw in extra schwag. I contacted customer service and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to substitute some stuff with comparable products and had it shipped to me the next day.
