Custom skates take time to build. Each component must be sourced and fitted to your skate so there can be a lag in build time. Inventory, inbound shipments, and supply chain delays all play a part in your skate build. Awesomeness takes a little bit of time! If we believe there will be a significant delay (more than 2 weeks) in building a custom skate, we will notify you ASAP so that you can either swap components, get a refund, or wait it out.

Shoe size does NOT equal skate size! Please ensure that you have measured your foot properly and matched your measurement with your model of skate boot.

    I usually don’t go out of my way to log into google and write a review but they really do have great customer service. When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.

  • Outstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻

    This company did a great job imo. My order was here fast, everything i was expecting, and free shipping too! Not to mention, their website is the only place i found that was helpful in selecting bearings for my skates. Excellent job!

    I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email. But it is great if you ask them to change something they will do it for you. I will never hesitate to order from this company again.
