The Chicago 400 is a great entry level skate for both kids and adults alike! This economic skate lets you start a great skating hobby without breaking the bank. The boots are synthetic, the plates are aluminum with double action trucks and jump-bars, and the wheels are Chicago urethane rink wheels mounted on precision bearings.
