I highly recommend shopping here! I ordered my skates online, they were shipped next day, and got to me 3 days later! They got to Indiana from Arizona so quickly. I had a slight hiccup with FedEx's delivery services, but Devaskation's sales team emailed me back immediately, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. They have excellent customer service!!
avery lorenOutstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻

Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. B. OmiataThis location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.
