I'm super new to skating so I ordered some new wheels from here. Jen was so nice to call to let me know the wheels may take a few extra days to come in, and even offered another option for me in case I didn't want to wait. Really appreciate customer service like this thank you

But it is great if you ask them to change something they will do it for you. I will never hesitate to order from this company again.

Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. Jen was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! Her welcoming energy is the reason why I choose to shop small. Devaskation/Jen was a treasure and I am so glad I was able to support them during this pandemic. B. OmiataThis location is not really a 'store' but more of a workshop/storage for their online business. I did not know this when I came in initially but the guy working helped me so much. He let me try on skates and put together a package for my first set of Roller Derby quads. He set everything up quickly, and I was able to pick them up the next day. He even sent me a text when they were ready to go. Highly recommend this shop, though be aware their hours are very vague.

I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! When I started skating I had these. I would recommend them for anyone getting into skating because they were very protective and the price was great for a good wrist guard.
