Back to the review: I called and left a message, and within an hour or so, Jen got back to me and we set an appointment for me to come in and try on the few pair they had in my size. Jen was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! Her welcoming energy is the reason why I choose to shop small. Devaskation/Jen was a treasure and I am so glad I was able to support them during this pandemic. B. OmiataOutstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻

When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.

I emailed them about this and they let me know what color options they had in stock and let me pay by paypal invoice. Indy PrinceI highly recommend shopping here! I ordered my skates online, they were shipped next day, and got to me 3 days later! They got to Indiana from Arizona so quickly. I had a slight hiccup with FedEx's delivery services, but Devaskation's sales team emailed me back immediately, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. They have excellent customer service!!

When I started skating I had these. I would recommend them for anyone getting into skating because they were very protective and the price was great for a good wrist guard.
