I feel very lucky that Devaskation is my local skate shop. Having been in to the shop multiple times in the last year and I always come out with exactly what I was looking for. The staff has always been super helpful in helping me select the right wheels for my usage, provided me with the tools to maintain my skates, and always throw in extra schwag. I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email. But it is great if you ask them to change something they will do it for you. I will never hesitate to order from this company again.

Great help from the people working here. They are primarily online but the store front has the basics of roller skates, inlines, and skateboards. What they don't have can be shipped from their warehouse. We got 2 pairs of skates that we love.

When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.

This company did a great job imo. My order was here fast, everything i was expecting, and free shipping too! Not to mention, their website is the only place i found that was helpful in selecting bearings for my skates. Excellent job!

I had made a mistake on my end and ordered a wrong item. They fixed it for me while I was on the phone. No sooner getting off the phone I got email confirmation that my package was shipped. Will definitely be shopping with them again for my skate needs!

I highly recommend shopping here! I ordered my skates online, they were shipped next day, and got to me 3 days later! They got to Indiana from Arizona so quickly. I had a slight hiccup with FedEx's delivery services, but Devaskation's sales team emailed me back immediately, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. They have excellent customer service!!
