Riedell Vendetta – Derby Quad Skate

This shop was the only place that still had Luminous Quad Wheels in stock but for some reason the website wasn’t allowing me to purchase them. I emailed them about this and they let me know what color options they had in stock and let me pay by paypal invoice. I am so grateful to not only find these wheels but to also have an amazing customer service experience. Will definitely come back to shop again!

Customer service is amazing! I placed my order and within the hour I received a call from customer service just to double check that my items were correct. I had made a mistake on my end and ordered a wrong item. They fixed it for me while I was on the phone. No sooner getting off the phone I got email confirmation that my package was shipped. Will definitely be shopping with them again for my skate needs!

I usually don’t go out of my way to log into google and write a review but they really do have great customer service. When my card wouldn’t go through because my bank thought the transaction amount was suspicious I was contacted quickly and they helped me figure out another alternative as well as gave me free shipping! If i’m leaving any other feedback while i’m here Id like to say Toe Guards would make an excellent addition to their inventory.

Great help from the people working here. They are primarily online but the store front has the basics of roller skates, inlines, and skateboards. What they don't have can be shipped from their warehouse. We got 2 pairs of skates that we love.

I feel very lucky that Devaskation is my local skate shop. Having been in to the shop multiple times in the last year and I always come out with exactly what I was looking for. I've purchased 3 pairs of Jackson skates from Devaskation for myself and family, everyone has been super happy with them. The staff has always been super helpful in helping me select the right wheels for my usage, provided me with the tools to maintain my skates, and always throw in extra schwag. I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email. But it is great if you ask them to change something they will do it for you. I will never hesitate to order from this company again.
