    I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email.     Outstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻

I contacted customer service and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to substitute some stuff with comparable products and had it shipped to me the next day.
