Custom skates take time to build. Each component must be sourced and fitted to your skate. Depending on the brands and components you choose, there can be a lag in build time. Inventory, inbound shipments, and supply chain delays all play a part in your skate build. Awesomeness takes a little bit of time! If we believe there will be a significant delay (more than 2 weeks) in building a custom skate, we will notify you ASAP so that you can either swap components, get a refund, or wait it out.

    Recently I ordered here nice slalom blades and I was mistaken with the size, but Devastation team changed it and sent me again the same blades of bigger size , everything was fast and reliable, good answers to all my questions, excellent service! The staff has always been super helpful in helping me select the right wheels for my usage, provided me with the tools to maintain my skates, and always throw in extra schwag.   • I have ordered from this shop online a few times and I love them. The customer service is great. I have only had experience with the customer service through email. But it is great if you ask them to change something they will do it for you. I will never hesitate to order from this company again.

    Great help from the people working here. They are primarily online but the store front has the basics of roller skates, inlines, and skateboards. What they don't have can be shipped from their warehouse. We got 2 pairs of skates that we love.
