    Outstanding customer service! First time placing an online order…I ordered the rollerbones bearings but intended to get the REDS. I called to see if I was able to pay the difference ( of $22 ) and have the REDS sent. Jay, without hesitation offered to pack the bearings I wanted at no additional cost! Can’t even say how thankful I am and how cool that was…definitely got a customer for life right here! 🤘🏻

  • I highly recommend shopping here! I ordered my skates online, they were shipped next day, and got to me 3 days later! They got to Indiana from Arizona so quickly. I had a slight hiccup with FedEx's delivery services, but Devaskation's sales team emailed me back immediately, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. They have excellent customer service!!

  • Honestly down right best online skate shop. The prices are really fair (like the best ive seen) and the shipping calculator is pretty honest. Add stuff to the cart the price goes up take stuff off the price goes down.

  • I very rarely leave reviews for businesses, but I really was impressed by the level of customer service I received. I wanted to make some modifications to an online order I made over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone. Jen, the rep I spoke to, was super sweet and immensely helpful! She went above and beyond making sure I had exactly what I needed. Now all there is to do is wait for my order!
